At MAAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at contactus@maarbrand.com to request a return authorization number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all tags and accessories.
- Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip with the RA number clearly marked.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note the following conditions:
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
