MAAR was founded by a designer born in Morocco, raised in New Zealand and now based in London. With a background in engineering, she approaches design through structure, curiosity and an obsession with refinement.

Growing up in Morocco, she spent hours visiting fabric shops with her family, choosing fabrics and trims, and watching garments come to life. Those early experiences shaped a lifelong appreciation for craftsmanship and thoughtful design.

Inspired by the idea of Safar - the Arabic word for journey - MAAR creates timeless wardrobe pieces that accompany life's defining moments. Each collection reflects movement, ambition and personal growth. Designed and made in London, and rooted in heritage, MAAR is for those becoming who they are meant to be.
